Key Responsibilities
This role is critical for overseeing the end-to-end execution of managed office projects, from the post-Letter of Intent (LOI) or closure stage through to final delivery and handover. You will ensure that projects align with design intentions, meet timelines and budgets, and satisfy client requirements. This involves driving coordination among design consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution, while maintaining rigorous documentation and compliance standards.
Additionally, you will manage project economics, including tracking billing, collections, and revenue realization. You will also support the finalization and adherence to LOIs, lease agreements, and client deliverables. A key aspect of this role is serving as the primary client interface post-onboarding, ensuring seamless communication, proactive issue resolution, and driving client satisfaction and retention through excellent delivery.
Qualifications
An MBA or an equivalent qualification is required, coupled with relevant professional experience.
Experience and Skills
- A minimum of 7 to 9 years of experience specifically within managed office or co-working space environments.

- A strong background in project management or Project Management Consultancy (PMC) with demonstrable ownership of execution.
- A track record of success in client relationship management and coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with LOIs, lease negotiations, and commercial structures.
- Essential prior experience in Managed Offices, Flex, or Co-working environments.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting with a high degree of accountability.
