Role overview

This opportunity is for a Canada-based Manager of Client Management with a partner organization that will handle applications and all subsequent hiring steps. The role blends strategic account leadership with consultative growth, centered on serving and expanding relationships with large multinational customers.

You will own a portfolio of complex global accounts, with responsibility for increasing revenue through stronger client engagement and tailored value-focused solutions. Success in this role depends on your ability to understand client priorities, convert them into practical account strategies, and deliver measurable commercial results.

As a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers, you will work closely with executive stakeholders across international organizations. The position combines relationship building, commercial insight, and strategic thinking in a high-impact leadership setting.

You will also partner with regional teams to align global account plans and maintain a consistent client experience. The work environment is dynamic, matrixed, collaborative, and oriented toward innovation and long-term value creation.

Key accountabilities

  • Own and grow a set of global multinational accounts, with a focus on revenue expansion and durable client retention.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans designed to improve profitability and open up new revenue opportunities.
  • Develop strong working relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive and C-suite leaders, across large and complex organizations.
  • Spot fresh business opportunities by reviewing client needs, market movements, and competitive landscape.
  • Run business reviews, executive-level presentations, and quarterly as well as annual performance conversations with clients.
  • Coordinate with regional teams across different geographies to ensure global strategies are aligned and executed effectively.
  • Shape innovative pricing and commercial approaches while supporting client profitability and P&L management.
  • Lead consultative conversations that position value-added offerings such as technology optimization and policy enhancements.
  • Handle negotiations for renewals and RFPs while working toward outcomes that benefit both sides.
  • Use data and business insights to refine account direction, lift performance, and deepen client engagement.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in global account management, enterprise sales, or client success.
  • Background managing complex multinational B2B client portfolios.
  • Strong consultative selling capability and relationship-building skills with executive audiences.
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue, improving profitability, and growing accounts.
  • Solid financial and analytical ability, including P&L ownership and identification of business drivers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Ability to build structured account plans and deliver against revenue objectives.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional, and matrixed environments.
  • Negotiation experience across contracts, renewals, and RFP processes.
  • Advanced use of business tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Capability to work independently in a remote-first setting, with occasional travel for client meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

Benefits

  • Competitive annual base salary of CAD 71,862 to CAD 121,862, depending on experience and location.
  • Eligibility for a yearly discretionary performance bonus.
  • Full benefits package covering health, dental, vision, and wellness support.
  • Retirement savings support and financial planning resources.
  • Flexible remote working setup.
  • Paid parental leave and family assistance programs.
  • Access to global learning platforms and professional development tools.
  • Travel-related perks and employee discounts on travel services.
  • Inclusive culture with global employee resource groups.
  • Strong emphasis on long-term career growth within a global company.
