Role overview

This position is centered on building and advancing business opportunities in the cloud and security space. The manager will partner closely with sales account teams and solution specialists to understand customer needs, shape the conversation around those needs, and help convert opportunities into measurable business outcomes. It is an execution-focused role with direct influence on account performance and business results.

Minimum qualifications and experience

A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is required; an MBA or similar advanced qualification is preferred. The role calls for 4 to 7 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management.

Skills and knowledge

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with solution-led selling and demonstrate strong follow-through in sales activity, customer engagement, and commitments. Prior field sales experience in technology services is important. Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills are also essential.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement the segment plan to achieve and exceed order book and revenue goals.
  • Open new opportunities within accounts by understanding business challenges and positioning relevant products and solutions.
  • Develop customer proposals and presentations.
  • Share feedback with sales and product teams to help improve offerings and expand market reach.
  • Identify opportunities and drive them through to closure.
  • Keep an accurate record of qualified pipeline activity and forecast deal closure timing.
  • Work with sales, solutions, SME, production, commercial, and marketing teams to meet customer expectations.
  • Convert business inputs from customers into actionable insights for solution and product teams.
  • Coordinate customer responses across functions and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Share market intelligence and competitor updates with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare, present, and explain proposed solutions and commercial terms to customers.

The role is based in Delhi, India, and is a full-time onsite position.
