Job Summary
AllSTEM Connections is seeking a Marketing Associate for an 18+ month contract role in Indianapolis, IN. This position is part of the Digital Greenhouse initiative, focused on executing and innovating digital customer experiences for consumers, payers, HCOs, and HCPs. The role will primarily lead paid media efforts for both consumer and healthcare professional audiences, aiming to automate digital engagements and support patient adherence to medications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement paid media strategies for consumer and HCP audiences.
- Collaborate with media agencies on media planning, channel strategy, and measurement plans.
- Continuously analyze and optimize media plan performance to drive revenue growth.
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams by presenting data-driven media strategies.
- Manage media agency relationships, setting clear expectations and fostering collaboration.
- Oversee and manage media budgets, including reconciliation and providing recommendations for trade-offs.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant guidelines, including promotional practices and privacy policies.
- Drive innovation through AI, automation, and strategic partnerships to enhance digital customer experiences.

Additional Information
This role requires a senior professional with over 5 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading cross-functional teams, expertise in various media channels (offline and online), and proficiency in media planning tools, measurement, and modeling. Strong communication, project management, budget management, and decision-making skills are essential. The candidate must be comfortable with ambiguity, possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and be able to work effectively with diverse groups. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail are required.
