Role Overview
This position is ideal for a marketing professional who is comfortable working at pace and focused on producing a steady stream of strong content. The role uses AI-enabled tools to help build and automate email, social, and SMS marketing work, while keeping the brand visible and consistent across channels. A sharp sense of visual style is important, though this person does not need to be a designer. The role values execution, volume, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Generalist will support email, SMS, social media, e-commerce, and cross-functional marketing work. This includes campaign production, automation, content coordination, and digital asset management.
Email, SMS, and Marketing Automation
- Create, schedule, test, and launch email, SMS, and site pop-up campaigns in Klaviyo.
- Use AI-powered tools to help design, draft, and automate marketing workflows that improve speed and output.
- Manage segmentation, A/B testing, and performance monitoring to refine campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain automated journeys such as welcome, abandoned cart, and post-purchase flows.
Content Production and Volume
- Produce a high volume of brand-consistent content for email, social media, and e-commerce channels.
- Resize, adapt, and format creative assets for marketing, online store, and paid media use.
- Work from templates, brand standards, and AI-assisted tools to create collateral quickly and reliably.
- Organize and maintain the digital image library by uploading, tagging, and structuring assets.
Social Media
- Support the brand’s presence on Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content through the social calendar.
- Contribute to content creation by helping capture photo and video material.
- Support community engagement by interacting with content from brands and influencers.
- Stay informed about platform changes, social trends, Reels, short-form video, and social commerce.
- Assist with influencer coordination and organizing content assets.
E-commerce and Cross-Functional Support
- Work with the e-commerce manager to refresh and improve site imagery and creative assets.
- Prepare content for the homepage, product pages, landing pages, and general website updates.
- Support loyalty, gift registry, and trade-related programs and initiatives.
- Coordinate product requirements and logistics for photoshoots.
- Partner with marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams to keep messaging aligned across channels.
What the Role Requires
The team is looking for someone who is highly execution-oriented and measures success by output, consistency, and getting content live. Comfort with AI tools is important, along with a strong eye for brand aesthetics. The right candidate should also be organized, able to handle multiple priorities, and capable of writing and communicating clearly in a brand-consistent voice.
