Role overview
This is a full-time position based in Dubai and performed on-site. The Media Consultancy Manager will be responsible for leading client partnerships, guiding a team, and owning the planning, execution, and improvement of media and digital activity across assigned accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main senior contact for clients and provide strategic leadership across the account portfolio.
- Manage, coach, and support team members to drive strong performance and professional growth.
- Assess media and digital campaign results and identify ways to improve performance and efficiency.
- Create and refine media and digital strategies, including planning, optimisation, and overall performance enhancement.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay current with developments in the media and digital ecosystem, including tools, platforms, and data-driven practices.
- Use sound commercial judgement to help deliver against agreed KPIs.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 4 years of experience in media planning and digital work within a well-established media or digital agency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into practical insights and actions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Practical experience in managing and improving media and digital campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and a collaborative working style.
