Merchandising Representative

About the Role

This field-based merchandising role is part of Celsius Holdings, Inc., the parent company behind Celsius®, Alani Nu®, and Rockstar®. The position is based in Boston, MA and requires work in the assigned market.

The role reports to the Regional Manager and is intended for someone who brings strong sales instincts, can represent the brand confidently in stores, and can help grow visibility across grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience channels. A valid U.S. driver’s license is mandatory, and candidates must successfully complete an MVR screening.

Pay: $25 per hour plus overtime as needed.
Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday.
Work week: 40 hours.
Location focus: Boston, MA.

What You’ll Do

• Execute merchandising plans and in-store activation activities.
• Visit assigned accounts and build strong in-store relationships.
• Work with store managers to secure PDQs, display placements, and end-cap opportunities.
• Share sales leads and growth opportunities with the territory manager.
• Increase product distribution within store guidelines and account rules.
• Keep shelves, cold vaults, and standalone coolers stocked and aligned with brand standards.
• Move backstock to displays, racks, cold storage, and warm shelving based on account requirements.
• Place point-of-sale materials where approved by the account.
• Support store openings and reset activities.
• Capture and submit weekly photos along with reporting documents.
• Conduct product demos when requested.
• Maintain an organized target account list to support weekly and monthly planning.
• Coordinate regularly with territory, district, and regional sales leadership.
• Complete 15–20 account visits each day.
• Log all account activity in the Celsius sales app.
• Turn in weekly work logs, including mileage.
• Complete additional records and documentation as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in retail or merchandising; prior merchandising exposure is an advantage.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability for flexible hours and a Wednesday to Sunday schedule.
• A self-driven, upbeat, and energetic approach.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Clean driving record, along with valid license and insurance.
• Access to a personal vehicle; vehicle allowance is provided.
• Strong commitment to excellent customer service.
• Clear communication and strong people skills for both internal and external interactions.
• Good problem-solving ability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Residence within the assigned county area.
