Role Overview

WROSH is looking for a full-time Meta Ad Manager in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This role follows a hybrid setup, with a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.

The person in this position will be responsible for planning, launching, and improving paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. The work will focus on helping clients meet performance targets through structured campaign execution, continual optimization, and clear reporting.

Core Responsibilities

  • Research target audiences and competitors to support campaign strategy.
  • Create, structure, and launch campaigns and ad sets on Meta platforms.
  • Develop and test multiple ad versions to improve performance.
  • Track day-to-day campaign results using Meta Ads Manager and related tools.
  • Manage budgets carefully and make bid adjustments where needed.
  • Use performance data to improve ROI, CTR, and conversion outcomes.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to keep messaging and goals aligned.
  • Prepare concise performance summaries and insights for internal teams and clients.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication for internal and client coordination.
  • Ability to think from a sales and marketing perspective, with an understanding of funnels and audience behavior.
  • Practical experience with Meta advertising, including targeting, testing, and optimization.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects, organize priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical approach to campaign metrics and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of tracking and attribution tools such as Meta Pixel and conversion APIs.
  • Comfort with remarketing concepts and performance measurement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Background in a digital agency or performance marketing setting is an advantage, though not essential.
