Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized Mortgage Processor to assist with loan origination and servicing operations in a fully remote setting. This position focuses on handling documentation, coordinating with clients and third parties, preparing loan files for underwriting review, and making sure all eligibility and compliance requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Support borrowers, clients, and external parties throughout the mortgage processing workflow.
- Receive, inspect, and organize documents, then assemble complete loan files.
- Prepare files for submission to underwriting prior to review.
- Check that all information is accurate and that the file meets eligibility standards.
Required Experience and Skills
- Hands-on experience in mortgage processing or loan origination support, ideally spanning 3 to 5 years.
- Ability to carefully review documents and assess whether files meet required eligibility conditions.
- Clear and professional written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage time, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
Education and Language Requirements
A high school diploma or GED is required. Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
