About the Job
We are seeking a Chat Support Officer to join our growing team in Riyadh. You will be the primary point of contact for customers via chat, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly responses to their inquiries. You will contribute to a seamless customer experience by resolving issues, guiding customers, and escalating cases when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries through live chat, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly record and update customer data in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Technical Support) to ensure smooth resolutions.
- Achieve daily and weekly response time, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in chat support.
- Excellent written communication skills in Arabic.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity for multitasking.
- Familiarity with customer service systems and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, WhatsApp Business).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends when required.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
