.NET Architect / .Net Manager

Role overview

This opportunity is for a seasoned .NET technology leader to guide product development and engineering execution for a client engagement in Hyderabad. The role combines architecture, hands-on cloud-native development, and people management, with a strong emphasis on modern delivery practices and cross-functional coordination.

Experience profile

The ideal candidate brings 12 to 18 years of overall professional experience. Within that, 6 to 9 years should include managing product development cycles, user testing, interaction design, and Agile-based delivery. A minimum of 4 years of experience leading teams is also required.

Technical responsibilities and expectations

• Build and steer cloud-native .NET applications, with preference for Google Cloud Platform exposure.
• Design and work with microservices-based architectures.
• Lead engineering teams across front-end, back-end, and database development functions.
• Apply Lean and Agile practices in a modern development setup.
• Use version control systems such as GitHub and Azure Repos in day-to-day work.
• Handle project and service management tools including Jira, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Project.
• Use strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support data-backed decisions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders through clear communication and interpersonal engagement.

Eligibility

Candidates must hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.

Additional information

Location for this role is Hyderabad, India. The compensation offered is INR 35,00,000 to INR 50,00,000 per year.
