Job description
About the role
Wonil Hotel - Handwritten Collection sits in Perth’s Nedlands area beside the Swan River at Matilda Bay. The property features 66 contemporary apartment-style rooms, West Kitchen & Bar with an 80-seat dining area focused on Western Australian food and wine, and an outdoor terrace suited for events of up to 100 guests. The location also gives access to Perth’s arts scene, street art, cultural spaces, wineries, artisan producers, and nearby beaches.
In this night-time accounting and guest-service role, you will complete end-of-day financial tasks so the hotel is ready for the next trading day, while also handling late-night guest needs. As the main contact overnight, you will stay calm, steady, and reliable when issues arise.

- Coordinate with security and monitor building security systems to help maintain a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
- Support the daytime team so guest service remains smooth across both day and night operations.
- Work the overnight shift pattern, typically from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Skills and experience
- Ability to work independently and take initiative without needing constant direction.
- Previous exposure to night audit and/or accounting work, along with the technical ability to process hotel transactions accurately, is highly valuable.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a guest-first mindset and a focus on creating memorable stays.
- Comfort working a flexible rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
Benefits
- ALL Heartist Membership, offering discounts on accommodation and food and beverage around the world.
- Discounts for family and friends across selected accommodation, services, and events.
- Access to the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program with status and reward points on worldwide stays.
- Training and career development support through Accor Academy and Typsy.
- Opportunities to build a global hospitality network through a large international team.
- Potential career growth across Accor’s extensive hotel network in the Pacific and worldwide.
