Odoo Developer

Role Overview

ProcessDial Business Solutions Ltd is looking for an Odoo Developer to build, adapt, and improve ERP modules so they align with operational needs. In this position, you will partner with teams across the business to understand requirements, turn them into working solutions, and enhance existing systems. A strong command of Odoo, along with a solid grasp of business workflows, will be essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and tailor Odoo ERP modules to match specific business requirements.
• Connect Odoo with other internal systems and outside applications.
• Run unit tests and resolve issues to keep the platform working reliably.
• Work with stakeholders to collect, review, and refine requirements.
• Draft technical notes and end-user documentation.
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of current Odoo modules.
• Train users and provide day-to-day assistance when needed.
• Keep up to date with new Odoo versions, updates, and capabilities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Hands-on experience building Odoo-based applications is expected, along with a strong understanding of Odoo’s framework and module structure. You should also be comfortable working with Python, JavaScript, XML, and PostgreSQL, and have a practical understanding of ERP environments and business operations.

Core Skills

This role calls for strong problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to work well in a team. Experience with API integrations and unit testing will also be valuable.
