Role overview
This position is based in Krishnapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India, and is an individual contributor role within Industrial Operations. The officer will report to the Manager - Process and support shift operations at a 150 TPD hydrogenation plant and a 250 TPD MS refinery.

What you will do
- Run hydrogenation operations during the shift.
- Manage the continuous bleacher and deodorizer system.
- Work to reduce plant downtime as much as possible.
- Improve the use of chemicals and utilities for better efficiency.
- Keep safety at the forefront, with strong awareness of the hazards linked to hydrogenation.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards across the processing line.
Skills and working style
The role calls for practical knowledge of hydrogenation and continuous bleacher operations. A strong behavioral fit is expected, including data-backed decision-making, customer focus, clear communication, collaboration, initiative, and the ability to stay effective through change or pressure.
Education and experience
