About the Role
We are actively seeking an FM / Operations Engineer to join our dynamic operations team, dedicated to overseeing and supporting comprehensive facility management operations across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Manager in managing everyday facility management activities efficiently.
- Coordinate effectively with different facility management service lines and technical teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) and adherence to ISO 55000 standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, specifically Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a closely related field.
- Have between three to five years of practical experience working in facility management or operations roles.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of ISO 55000 standards and practical knowledge of facility operation processes.
