About the Company

Its core services include LOT gas banks, pipeline installation, vaporisers, gas trains, safety systems, commissioning, and maintenance support for hotels, hospitals, factories, and commercial establishments.
Role Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day execution, coordinate resources, monitor project progress, and help strengthen operating systems so work is delivered efficiently and to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan daily work and keep execution on track.
- Monitor project progress and ensure tasks move forward as scheduled.
- Track workforce productivity and support better output from the team.
- Plan material needs and confirm readiness before execution.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors to keep work aligned.
- Conduct daily reviews and follow up on pending items.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and in line with company standards.
- Develop systems and process improvements to improve efficiency.
