Job description

Role overview

This role leads end-to-end operations across APAC markets, with accountability for data quality, supply continuity, compliance, and ongoing process improvement. The position partners with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to keep service levels steady and support customer satisfaction within a regulated business setting.

Reporting structure

  • Reports to the Regional Director.
  • Supervises 1 operations support team member.

Key responsibilities

  • Keep CRM and ERP records accurate and up to date.
  • Make sure operational data is usable for reporting, forecasting, and audit preparation.
  • Work with Sales and Supply Chain teams to build monthly forecasts.
  • Support demand planning and broader operational coordination.
  • Flag supply disruptions quickly within the required timelines.
  • Handle backorders and reduce supply-related risks.
  • Protect continuity of customer service when issues arise.
  • Ensure work practices follow regulatory and quality standards.
  • Prepare for audits and maintain full compliance readiness.
  • Monitor stock levels and keep inventory aligned to demand and constraints.
  • Track ageing and slow-moving stock and take corrective action.
  • Create, refine, and maintain SOPs and workflow documentation.
  • Improve efficiency, reduce cost, and strengthen cross-team coordination.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team performance.
  • Run regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
  • Support internal office administration and governance activities.

Requirements

  • A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a closely related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations or order management is preferred, ideally in a regulated industry.
  • Solid understanding of order-to-cash and supply chain processes.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP platforms and reporting tools.
  • Exposure to project management is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
  • Comfortable working analytically with a customer-first mindset and problem-solving approach.

Additional information

  • Location: Singapore.
  • Expected travel: approximately 25%.
