The company is aiming to become a leading coliving provider across Europe, and this role is meant for someone who wants to take ownership from day one and help shape the business as it grows.
Role Overview
As Operations Manager, you will act as the main contact for residents and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across the coliving locations. The position also involves working closely with external service providers and continuously improving internal processes and the resident experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all STACEY members and manage internal operational processes.
- Coordinate the provider network, including tradespeople, caretakers, and cleaning companies.
- Maintain quality standards across the coliving properties.
- Identify and implement improvements that streamline workflows and enhance the member experience.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a university degree in business administration, hospitality, or a similar field.
- A proactive, self-directed, and solution-focused way of working.
- Flexibility and resilience in a fast-moving environment.
- Fluent communication skills in both German and English.
