About the role

ElevenLabs is hiring an Operations Recruiter to join its global Talent team. This position goes beyond traditional recruiting: you will take ownership of the end-to-end hiring process for critical Operations functions that support the company’s growth and daily operations.

You will be responsible for finding, engaging, and hiring strong candidates across areas such as People, Finance, Legal, IT, and other core operational teams. Working closely with business leaders, you will help define role strategy, strengthen hiring standards, and ensure candidates have a positive experience from initial contact through offer and onboarding.

This is a high-impact role within a small, high-performing team that is building scalable recruiting systems for a fast-growing global AI company.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Operations roles, including intake, role definition, sourcing, interviewing coordination, offer management, and closing candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to sharpen job requirements, forecast hiring needs, and define what success looks like in each role.
  • Run multiple complex searches at once while maintaining speed, quality, and a strong candidate journey.
  • Create and execute sourcing strategies using direct outreach, referral initiatives, creative channels, and targeted talent pipelines.
  • Deliver a polished candidate experience through clear communication, thoughtful process design, and strong employer-brand representation.
  • Represent ElevenLabs positively throughout the hiring process and help shape candidates’ first impression of the company.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruiting for operations, corporate, or other cross-functional business roles; around 3+ years is preferred, though performance and impact matter more than tenure.
  • Ability to handle multi-role, multi-region hiring with strong organization and focus.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence hiring strategy using data and clear reasoning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present roles compellingly and keep candidates informed professionally.
  • A practical, resourceful approach to problem-solving, with the ability to improve systems and recruiting processes.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment across different time zones.

Preferred experience

  • Prior work recruiting internationally or within high-growth startup environments.
  • Experience using data to monitor recruiting performance and improve outcomes.
  • A builder mentality, with a habit of testing ideas and refining recruiting playbooks over time.

Location

This position can be performed remotely from anywhere in the world. If preferred, the role may also be carried out from company offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, or Warsaw.
