Role Overview

Serenity Healthcare is seeking an Operations Sales Manager in Houston, TX for a full-time onsite role. This position carries complete responsibility for a busy service location, including the team, floor operations, performance metrics, sales pipeline, and member experience. The ideal candidate has already shown the ability to generate revenue while managing operations effectively and is ready to raise that standard further.

You will be expected to lead in a visible way, keep the team accountable to results, and maintain strong execution even when demands increase. Experience in the same industry is not required, but a background that combines operational leadership with consistent sales achievement is essential.

Compensation

The role offers a base compensation of $100,000 annually, along with bonus incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day activity at a high-volume service location, including staffing, workflow, floor management, and output quality.
  • Lead sales execution for the location and ensure both you and the team stay aligned to clear revenue goals and KPIs.
  • Establish a high performance bar and reinforce it through coaching, direct feedback, and structured accountability.
  • Make sure every member interaction is efficient, professional, and consistent with Serenity’s service standards, while also identifying and converting sales opportunities.
  • Monitor location-level metrics such as sales volume, conversion rates, efficiency, and quality scores, then use the data to guide operational and commercial decisions.
  • Spot underperformance early and address it promptly with clear expectations and follow-through.

Candidate Profile

Serenity is looking for a leader with at least 10 years of management experience that includes both operations and sales responsibility. The successful candidate should have a strong history of meeting and exceeding sales targets, working closely with KPIs, and using performance data to make decisions. Experience in hospitality, premium retail, or high-end service environments is highly valued, especially where customer experience and revenue were equally important.

You should be comfortable having direct performance conversations and consistently acting when something is off rather than waiting for direction. Applicants who have led teams in environments where standards were high and results mattered will be a strong fit.
