Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in Pristina is centered on keeping the organization running smoothly across day-to-day operations. The Organization Manager will coordinate work between sales, installation, procurement, and customer support teams, support timely project execution, and help improve internal processes so the business can operate more efficiently and serve customers better.
Key Responsibilities
The role includes planning and monitoring project schedules, organizing internal meetings, managing the flow of information between departments, and supporting resource allocation. It also involves maintaining records and documentation, tracking performance indicators, assisting leadership with reports and decision-making, and contributing to ongoing process improvement efforts. In addition, the position supports a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace while ensuring that internal practices remain aligned with UNISOLAR’s customer-first and sustainability-oriented approach.
Qualifications
Applicants should bring strong organizational and coordination abilities, with the capacity to handle several priorities at once and work within deadlines. Experience in operations, office administration, or project coordination is preferred, especially in renewable energy, construction, or technical services. The role also calls for clear written and spoken communication, comfort working across teams, and familiarity with productivity or project management tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and task-tracking systems. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and an improvement mindset are important, along with leadership potential, conflict handling skills, and a commitment to an inclusive workplace. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent experience may also be considered. Interest in solar energy and sustainability is an advantage. Candidates must be fluent in English and local languages and available to work on-site in Pristina full time.
