This role sits within the Marketing Centre of Excellence and reports to the Paid Media Manager. It plays an important part in improving performance across the B2B brand portfolio during a period of growth and expansion. The position is strongly execution-focused and requires practical, hands-on paid social experience to deliver strong campaigns across Meta and other major paid social platforms.

The London office is on Gresham Street near St Paul’s Cathedral with access to St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, and Mansion House. The Dublin office is at 15 Georges Quay in the heart of Dublin.
What you will do
- Support the Paid Social Manager in the daily running and optimisation of global paid social activity for B2B brands, mainly Paysafe and Leaders Merchant Services.
- Help drive new customer acquisition, lead generation, and brand consideration by testing new approaches and spotting ways to lift campaign results.
- Manage campaigns end to end, including audience setup, creative delivery, optimisation, and reporting across Meta, with scope to expand into LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and other relevant social channels.
- Track channel performance closely and prepare forecasts, analysis, and insights for business stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Work with the segment marketing team to keep full-funnel activity aligned and integrated.
- Collaborate with Sales, Analytics, and Web teams to improve the user journey through ongoing testing of creative, messaging, formats, and landing page experiences.
- Act as a subject matter expert for paid social across the wider business and ensure it is represented in major campaigns and cross-functional initiatives.
What we are looking for
- A background in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a similar field, or equivalent relevant experience in place of formal education.
- At least 2 years of experience handling large-scale or multi-market paid social campaigns, preferably for both direct response and brand-led goals.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, plus hands-on experience with one or more of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, X Ads, or Pinterest Ads.
- Experience using measurement and tracking tools such as Google Analytics 360 and Google Tag Manager 360.
- Exposure to both web and mobile app campaigns.
- Solid reporting and data visualisation skills using Microsoft Excel and Looker Studio; Tableau or Power BI experience is an advantage.
- Ability to spot performance patterns quickly and turn them into practical recommendations for campaign improvement.
