Role summary
This position is based in the Sandyford, Dublin office. Viva.com is looking for a driven Partner Relationship Representative with experience in POS/EPOS or integrated payments, as well as a track record of developing partner relationships and supporting merchant activation and revenue growth. The role sits within the indirect team and contributes to the expansion of payment solutions in Ireland.

What the role involves
Indirect Team Representatives support partners at a national level by helping with onboarding, verification, and merchant activation. The role is focused on keeping partner relationships strong, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring smooth handling of partner needs.
Responsibilities
- Guide partners through onboarding, verification, and activation of new merchants.
- Reach out to potential new partners and promote the collaboration model.
- Raise cases for partner issues that need to be handled by other teams.
- Act as the main contact point for partners.
- Contribute to production growth and wider business expansion within the indirect team.
- Show interest in AI-enabled tools and be comfortable working in AI-enhanced environments.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working across functions to strengthen partner relationships and create business impact.
- Ability to spot commercial potential and value within technology-led solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence in dealing with people at different seniority levels.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team while managing multiple projects at once.
- Business-level English communication skills.
