Role overview
Our client is a global technology business that helps some of the world’s largest enterprises keep their critical digital infrastructure performing reliably, securely, and with minimal downtime. They are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join the International Payroll team in Dublin and support payroll activities across several countries and regions.
Key responsibilities
- Run payroll processes from start to finish across multiple countries, making sure everything is accurate, compliant, and completed on schedule.
- Gather, check, and combine payroll inputs such as new starters, leavers, promotions, bonus payments, and leave information.
- Assess payroll outputs produced by external payroll partners, look into discrepancies, and confirm calculations before sign-off.
- Respond to payroll questions raised by employees, internal teams, and payroll vendors.
- Assist with the administration of equity compensation plans, including RSUs and ESPP.
- Produce payroll reports and ensure activities align with local laws, tax obligations, and internal company procedures.
Experience and requirements
- At least 3 years of experience handling high-volume payroll, ideally in an international setting.
- Previous exposure to outsourced payroll arrangements and third-party providers.
- Solid knowledge of payroll compliance, taxation, and employment law.
- Advanced Excel capability, along with hands-on use of payroll and HRIS platforms.
- Strong analytical ability and a methodical approach to identifying and resolving payroll issues.
- Excellent planning and communication skills, with the capacity to balance several priorities and deadlines at once.
