About the Role
OneDigital is hiring a Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations for biweekly and monthly employee groups. The organization emphasizes a people-first culture, authenticity, growth, and inclusion, with a mission centered on helping people do their best work and live their best lives.
This role is based in Greenville, SC, with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Remote work may be considered for candidates who bring strong payroll experience with UKG. The position requires eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship or residency sponsorship.
The pay rate is $20 to $24 per hour, and the role is full time.
What You'll Do
- Support payroll processing in Workday Payroll for biweekly and monthly employee populations.
- Maintain OnDemand payroll records after management approval.
- Act as the primary contact for payroll questions and issues, including payment problems, pay discrepancies, and general employee inquiries.
- Handle payroll- and benefits-related data entry tasks.
- Follow up on withholding orders and other non-tax correspondence from government agencies.
- Prepare payroll reports and supporting documentation for Finance, HR, and other authorized stakeholders.
- Review payroll records and data to confirm accuracy.
- Coordinate with third-party payroll partners when needed.
- Take on additional duties assigned by management.

Education and Experience
- An associate degree in business administration or a closely related business field is required.
- At least 2 years of high-volume payroll experience in a professional services setting is preferred.
- Experience delivering quality customer service is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
- Prior exposure to Workday Payroll is preferred.
- Experience with UKG is strongly preferred.
