Job description

About the company

Sierra is building an AI platform that helps organizations create customer experiences that feel more natural, personal, and human. The company operates primarily in person from San Francisco, with expanding offices in Atlanta, New York, London, Paris, Madrid, Munich, Singapore, Tokyo, and Sydney.

The company culture is shaped by five core principles: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and Family. These values are intended to guide decisions, collaboration, and the way the team works together.

Sierra was founded by Bret Taylor and Clay Bavor. Bret is currently Board Chair of OpenAI and previously served as co-CEO of Salesforce, CTO of Facebook, one of Google’s earliest product managers, and co-creator of Google Maps. Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he led Google Labs, started and led the company’s AR/VR initiative Project Starline, and led Google Lens, before heading the product and design teams for Google Workspace.

  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, keep employee records accurate, support audits and reporting, and assist with training and communications to keep the organization aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • A highly collaborative style and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders to build scalable people solutions.
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to think creatively in order to move quickly.
  • Prior experience in a startup environment, including designing and implementing processes for a rapidly expanding company.

Preferred experience
