Publicis Connected Media sits within Publicis Groupe.

You will work alongside senior leaders to keep day-to-day operations running efficiently while also contributing to the atmosphere and culture of a high-performing team. The position combines strong organisation with creativity and offers the chance to play a part in important moments for colleagues and clients alike.
If you enjoy building relationships, bringing order to complex workloads, and helping others deliver their best work, this could be an excellent next move.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee busy diaries for senior leaders and arrange meetings across different time zones in a proactive way.
- Coordinate travel end to end, including handling short-notice changes smoothly.
- Draft meeting agendas, record actions, and make sure follow-ups are completed so work continues to progress.
- Assist with preparing and polishing presentations and written materials, maintaining clarity and accuracy.
- Keep track of priorities, deadlines, and deliverables so leaders can stay on top of commitments.
- Plan team events, offsites, and client-facing experiences that encourage collaboration and connection.
- Maintain well-structured trackers, systems, and records to support efficient project delivery.
Requirements
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to anticipate what is needed and set priorities well.
- Strong attention to detail and a clear commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Confidence in managing several tasks at once while staying composed and focused.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach and a genuine willingness to support others.
- Comfort working in a creative, changing, or fast-moving environment.
- Practical experience using Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Full details are shared at joining, but the headline benefits include Pension, Life Assurance, and Private Medical cover, along with enhanced policies such as Reflection Days and Shared Parental Leave. The company operates primarily from the office or the client’s office for four days each week.
