Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should hold a B.Pharm degree or D.Pharm diploma. The role requires 1 to 3 years of experience in retail pharmacy. Registration with the West Bengal State Pharmacy Council is compulsory. Applicants should also have basic computer knowledge and be comfortable using pharmacy software.

Key Responsibilities

• Work toward sales and diagnostics goals for the store.
• Provide a high standard of service to customers both in person and through online channels.
• Handle omnichannel orders and ensure they are completed within the required turnaround time.
• Monitor stock levels carefully and keep inventory records accurate.
• Follow billing procedures and standard operating guidelines without deviation.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually well presented.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional activities as needed.
