About the employer
The organization is an outpatient rehabilitation provider with a strong focus on orthopedics, neurology, cardiology, psychosomatics, oncology, and pulmonology. It also runs practices for physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and sports therapy, offering the complete spectrum of rehabilitative care. The company operates six sites located centrally in the Rhein-Sieg district of North Rhine-Westphalia.
Role overview
This opportunity is intended for physiotherapists from abroad who are interested in joining rehabilitation facilities and physiotherapy practices in Alfter and Hennef, as well as a physiotherapy practice in Siegburg.
What you will do
- Provide one-to-one treatment using both active and passive therapy techniques.
- Lead group sessions, outdoor therapy activities, and exercise pool programs.
- Use modern treatment approaches, including gait rehabilitation with Lokomat and anti-gravity treadmill systems.
- Work closely with colleagues across disciplines to support patient care.
Requirements
- A completed degree or vocational qualification in physiotherapy that is recognized in Germany or can be recognized there.
- Readiness to complete the German professional recognition process if it has not yet been finished.
- Basic German ability at approximately B1 to B2 level, or the willingness to learn the language.
- Interest in the German healthcare environment and its working practices.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills for working with patients and team members.
- A dependable, careful, and patient-focused approach to work.
- Willingness to relocate to Germany for the position.
