Role Overview

This full-time warehouse role with Purplle.com is based in Kochi, Kerala. The position focuses on accurate picking, secure packing, and smooth movement of inventory within the warehouse to support timely dispatches and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Select items from shelves against the order list or handheld scanner instructions.
• Pack products carefully so they remain protected during transit.
• Check product count, SKU details, and quality before packing.
• Apply the correct labels and prepare parcels for dispatch.
• Help with loading and unloading activities as needed.
• Keep stock organized and support inventory verification activities.
• Work in line with warehouse safety rules and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and 5S practices across the warehouse.
• Assist supervisors with routine operational work.
• Work toward daily output and accuracy goals.

Required Skills

• Ability to read simple order sheets and instructions.
• Strong focus on detail and correctness.
• Good physical endurance for standing, walking, lifting, and moving goods during shifts.
• Cooperative attitude and discipline.
• Comfort working in a busy warehouse setting.
• Basic familiarity with mobile devices or handheld scanners is preferred.

Eligibility

Applicants should have completed at least 10th standard, Plus Two, or any degree. Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior exposure to warehouse, logistics, FMCG, or e-commerce operations is an advantage. Male candidates may be preferred for warehouse operations depending on business requirements.

Shift Details

The role involves rotational or day shifts. Weekly offs will be assigned according to the roster. Overtime may be available during peak workload periods.
