Job Overview

This position is for a full-time pizza delivery driver in Knoxville, TN. The role offers flexible scheduling, a fast-paced environment, and the chance to deliver orders efficiently using a company app and your own preferred navigation tools. Deliveries are supported by a modern system designed to help drivers complete more trips per hour, which can also improve tip earnings. Tips and mileage are paid nightly.

Training is provided for the delivery process, in-store customer support, and product preparation. The employer also notes that many franchise owners started out as delivery drivers, making this role a possible entry point into a long-term career path.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time role with 4 to 5 shifts per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and other orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Use the delivery app and map tools to plan routes and improve delivery performance.
• Provide friendly customer service and represent the store positively during each delivery.
• Assist customers inside the store when needed.
• Help prepare Domino's food products as part of the team.
• Handle deliveries in a way that supports accurate, fast service and strong customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be able to bring a positive attitude, smile, and work well in a fun team environment.
• Clean background check is required.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old with 2 years of safe driving history, or at least 19 years old with 1 year of safe driving history.
• Must have a dependable car or truck that can be used for work.
• Valid vehicle insurance is required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must currently live near the store location.
