Role Overview
Domino's in Duncansville, Pennsylvania is hiring for full-time on-site team members for pizza making and shift leadership roles. The position is designed for people who want to grow within the company, from an entry-level kitchen role to store leadership.
Pay Structure
The role includes a tiered pay setup based on position and experience level:
- Part-time CSR or pizza maker: $10 per hour base pay
- Full-time pizza maker: $13 per hour
- Full-time Shift Lead Level 1 in training: $14 per hour
- Full-time certified Shift Lead Level 1 for 6 to 8 weeks: $15 per hour plus bonus
- Full-time Shift Lead Level 1 certified for 3 months: $16 per hour plus bonus
- Full-time Shift Lead Level 1 certified for 1 year: $17 per hour plus bonus
- Full-time certified Shift Lead Level 2 for 6 to 12 months: $18 per hour plus bonus
- General Manager: $50,000 per year starting salary plus bonus
Full-time roles are defined as 30 or more hours per week. Part-time Shift Leads earn $1 per hour less than the full-time rate.
