About the Company

Hims & Hers is a health and wellness platform focused on making care more personal, affordable, and easier to access. The company centers the customer experience by connecting diagnosis, treatment, and delivery through individualized care pathways. It is publicly traded on the NYSE under the ticker HIMS.

The organization emphasizes a flexible, remote-friendly work culture and offers a range of employee benefits. It also values diverse perspectives, ethics, wellness, and a sense of belonging in its workforce.

About the Role

The company is looking for a highly detail-focused Planner to support hours planning and workforce modeling within fulfillment and pharmacy operations.

This position ensures labor plans are accurate, practical, and executed effectively across the network. The role turns forecasted demand into weekly labor-hour targets using established planning methods, tracks how plans perform, and follows up with cross-functional partners to keep execution on track.

The Planner also helps connect planning outputs to day-to-day operations by monitoring results, flagging gaps, and improving planning models, assumptions, and workflows over time.

What You'll Do

  • Help prepare and communicate network demand forecasts to operational teams.
  • Track capacity across fulfillment and pharmacy functions, and identify constraints, mismatches, and execution risks.
  • Work with Operations and Business Analytics to align forecast, capacity, and labor plans across the network.
  • Convert forecast demand and production volume into labor hours using existing planning frameworks.
  • Compute and release weekly hours targets by site and department.
  • Review planned versus actual hours to spot gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Separate issues caused by the model from issues caused by execution so decision-makers can act appropriately.
  • Coordinate accountability and execution alignment across Operations, Recruiting, HR, Learning, and Finance.
  • Run planning cadences and follow-up discussions to support consistent execution.
  • Look for ways to improve planning assumptions, workflows, and processes.
  • Maintain labor models, including productivity assumptions and operational limits.
  • Collaborate with Business Analytics on standardized reporting and scalable planning tools.
  • Keep documentation updated for planning assumptions, outputs, and model changes.

What You'll Need

Applicants should bring at least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: workforce planning, capacity planning, production planning, supply planning, demand planning, or operations analytics.

A bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.

Strong spreadsheet skills are necessary, especially in Excel or Google Sheets, including lookups, PivotTables, scenario modeling, and structured logic.

Exposure to ERP systems, planning software, or reporting tools is considered an advantage, and basic SQL or BI tool experience such as Looker or Tableau is also a plus.

The role calls for strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, effective communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Excellent organization and close attention to detail are also important.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay and equity for full-time employees
  • Unlimited paid time off, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus parental leave
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Offsite team retreats
