Role Overview

The Porter helps maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment throughout the facility. This role supports TA’s standards by keeping the building and common areas in good condition so customers have a positive experience every time they visit.

Key Duties

  • Keep the workplace upbeat, cooperative, and centered on strong customer service.
  • Clean all assigned areas of the facility and maintain a hygienic environment for guests.
  • Follow safety and security procedures, stay alert to unsafe situations involving coworkers or customers, and respond appropriately when needed.
  • Use protective gear correctly and in a safe manner.
  • Track the proper types and amounts of cleaning supplies needed for each task.
  • Handle other work-related assignments as needed.
