Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Mesaieed is for a Precast Planning Engineer responsible for planning and scheduling precast production and project activities. The role focuses on ensuring components are delivered on time, coordinating across project teams, tracking progress, improving use of resources, and supporting overall project control. Clear communication between departments is an important part of keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage project schedules and production plans for precast elements.
• Coordinate closely with project teams to align timelines and execution needs.
• Track ongoing project progress and flag delays or issues early.
• Improve allocation of manpower, materials, and other resources for better efficiency.
• Support project control activities and help maintain schedule discipline.
• Encourage effective communication between teams to support seamless operations.

Requirements

• Strong capability in planning and production planning.
• Demonstrated analytical ability and exposure to project control work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in precast or construction environments is preferred.
• Working knowledge of software tools used for planning and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline.

Eligibility

Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, along with relevant planning or project control experience, may apply. Experience in precast or construction is an advantage.
