  • Prepare investment committee materials and transaction presentations.
  • Undertake industry, market, and competitive research to identify promising investment themes.
  • Support the execution of transactions by coordinating with management teams, lenders, consultants, and legal advisors.
  • Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and assist with strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and financing activities.
  • Engage in sourcing efforts and manage relationships with intermediaries, executives, and industry contacts.

Qualifications

  • Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate development, transaction advisory, private credit, secondaries, infrastructure investing, transportation-focused investing, or similar investment roles.
  • Demonstrate strong capabilities in financial modeling, valuation, and analytical tasks.
  • Have experience in evaluating investment opportunities and supporting transaction execution.
  • Show a clear interest in middle-market private equity investing.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Be capable of thriving in an entrepreneurial setting with substantial responsibility and direct interaction with senior decision-makers.

Candidate Profile

The firm is open to candidates from diverse investment backgrounds, prioritizing strong transaction experience, analytical precision, and a genuine enthusiasm for private equity. Professionals with experience in buyouts, secondaries, private credit, infrastructure, transportation, logistics, investment banking, or related investment strategies are encouraged to apply.

Why This Opportunity

  • Become part of a highly regarded investor with a proven history in transportation and logistics.
  • Gain comprehensive exposure to sourcing, execution, portfolio management, and fundraising activities.
  • Collaborate directly with seasoned investment professionals in a supportive team environment.
  • Contribute to the firm's growth during a pivotal phase as it prepares to launch its next fund.

This role is perfectly suited for individuals seeking practical private equity experience, significant transaction involvement, and long-term career development within a specialized middle-market investment firm.
