Process Associate (L1 – L3) - Voice Process

About the Role

Adam & Eve Inc. is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Process Associates for Levels 1 through 3 to join their Voice Process team at their Coimbatore facility. This full-time position requires handling phone-based customer interactions to provide effective support and ensure excellent service quality. Both freshers and experienced professionals passionate about effective communication and customer service are invited to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls with customers.
• Accurately identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Resolve queries promptly while upholding high service standards.
• Document customer conversations correctly in company systems.
• Refer more complex issues to specialized teams as necessary.
• Consistently meet designated productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain a courteous and positive demeanor during interactions.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Open to both freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience.
• Minimum educational qualification: Any Graduate, Diploma, or Preferably Higher Secondary.
• Must be willing to work on-site at Coimbatore location.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency is essential.
• Language fluency is required in one of the following sets:
  • Tamil and English
  • Tamil, English, and Hindi
  • Any South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) with Hindi
