Role summary

Green Plant is looking for a full-time remote Procurement Specialist to support purchasing operations and supplier management. The position involves creating and tracking purchase orders, assessing vendors, comparing options, and negotiating agreements to achieve the right balance of cost, quality, and reliability. The role also includes market analysis, procurement reporting, and close coordination with internal stakeholders to meet business requirements efficiently while keeping supply chain activities running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience handling purchase orders and reviewing suppliers
• Working knowledge of procurement methods and contract negotiation
• Strong analytical ability to support sound decisions and resolve issues
• Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
• Comfort using procurement systems or related tools
• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Background in sustainable sourcing or eco-conscious industries is an added advantage
