Product Development Specialist

Role overview

This position is focused on supporting digital product delivery and ongoing improvement. You will help coordinate product initiatives, keep roadmap items moving, and contribute to the launch of features that improve the customer experience and create measurable value.

What you will do

• Coordinate product-related initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Help maintain and track the product roadmap so priorities stay aligned.
• Support the timely release of new features and enhancements.
• Collect input and observations from users to uncover needs and opportunities.
• Review product performance and use findings to guide improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen product outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

This role is suited to candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience and a background in relevant technical or information systems fields. A bachelor’s degree is expected, and familiarity with software delivery, product thinking, Agile practices, and UI/UX basics will be valuable. Exposure to product management or business analysis through internships or prior work is considered an advantage.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, HIS, MIS, or a related discipline.

Additional requirements

• Working knowledge of software development workflows and methodologies.
• Clear communication and strong teamwork skills.
• Understanding of the product lifecycle at a basic level.
• Awareness of Agile methodologies.
• UI/UX knowledge is beneficial.
• Experience from internships or previous roles in product management or business analysis is a plus.
• Basic familiarity with UI design and design tools such as Figma or similar platforms is a plus.
• Professional certifications related to the field are welcomed.
• Experience in healthcare technology is preferred.
