The company is hiring an entry-level Product Manager to help design and ship intelligent AI agents for business users, owning the work from the first concept stage through production.

What You Will Do
- Lead AI agent features end to end, including discovery, definition, launch, ongoing monitoring, and improvement.
- Use user input, market activity, and product metrics to decide what should be prioritized next.
- Create wireframes, user stories, and product requirement documents that turn user problems into actionable engineering tasks.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to verify that the agents are addressing real career-related needs.
What We Are Looking For
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with 0 to 2 years of experience and an academic background in Computer Science, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Strong interest in AI, along with practical understanding of large language models and autonomous agents.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain product choices and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Well-organized, reliable, and comfortable managing several priorities in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Must be located in the United States and legally authorized to work there.
Preferred Background
- Experience in product management, project coordination, or startup environments; internship experience is acceptable.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma or Balsamiq and work management tools such as Jira or Linear.
- Ability to bring structure to unclear problems and convert them into practical, executable plans.
