Job description

About the Role

Jobright is an AI-driven career guidance platform focused on helping people discover and secure jobs more effectively. The company is hiring an entry-level Product Manager to help design and ship intelligent AI agents for business users, owning the work from the first concept stage through production.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • Work on live AI products that are used by real customers.
  • Take on a role with strong ownership and meaningful impact.
  • Operate at the crossroads of product thinking, AI, and agent-based systems.
  • Help shape the way people interact with AI-supported job search experiences.

What You Will Do

  • Lead AI agent features end to end, including discovery, definition, launch, ongoing monitoring, and improvement.
  • Use user input, market activity, and product metrics to decide what should be prioritized next.
  • Create wireframes, user stories, and product requirement documents that turn user problems into actionable engineering tasks.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to verify that the agents are addressing real career-related needs.

What We Are Looking For

  • Recent graduate or early-career professional with 0 to 2 years of experience and an academic background in Computer Science, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in AI, along with practical understanding of large language models and autonomous agents.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain product choices and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Well-organized, reliable, and comfortable managing several priorities in a fast-paced startup setting.
  • Must be located in the United States and legally authorized to work there.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in product management, project coordination, or startup environments; internship experience is acceptable.
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma or Balsamiq and work management tools such as Jira or Linear.
  • Ability to bring structure to unclear problems and convert them into practical, executable plans.
