Production Editor - Digital Learning Content

Role overview

We are looking for a meticulous Production Editor to help maintain and refresh digital literacy course content. In this role, you will make sure lesson materials and course assets stay accurate, consistent, and ready for delivery.

This position suits someone with a background in digital learning content, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle a large volume of updates in a structured, deadline-oriented setting.

Core responsibilities

• Revise lesson presentation screens and digital assets using structured change requests.
• Apply errata corrections, fixes, and patch updates across course content.
• Carry out quality checks to confirm accuracy, formatting consistency, and completeness.
• Keep clear records of all updates and modifications completed.
• Assist with ongoing content releases and version control activities.
• Help document workflows and spot opportunities to improve processes.

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in production editing, content editing, or digital content operations.
• Background working with eLearning content or digital courseware.
• Strong eye for detail and a commitment to precision and consistency.
• Ability to juggle multiple updates while meeting tight timelines.
• Good organization and documentation abilities.
• Comfort using standard digital tools such as LMS platforms, PowerPoint, and content management systems.

Preferred background

• Experience in EdTech or digital literacy initiatives.
• Familiarity with instructional design processes and content lifecycle management.
• Exposure to QA practices in content development.
• Experience in agile or iterative content release environments.
