Role Summary
The organisation is looking for a highly driven Program Manager to steer the planning, execution, and expansion of the Al Explorers Club cohorts across 2026 and beyond. This position plays a central, performance-focused role in attracting students, securing corporate sponsorships, and ensuring smooth delivery of multiple programme cohorts, including the flagship Summer Bootcamp scheduled for August 2026.
Key Duties
- Plan and oversee the delivery of each programme cohort from start to finish.
- Manage logistics, coordinate facilitators, and align internal teams to ensure smooth programme execution.
- Lead outreach efforts to recruit and enrol students.
- Develop partnerships and win sponsorship support to fund the programmes.
- Track key performance indicators, manage programme-related risks, and prepare progress updates and reports.
Qualifications and Experience
A suitable candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related discipline. The role requires at least 4 years of experience in programme management, business development, partnerships, or events management. Applicants should have a demonstrated track record of securing sponsorships, partnerships, or funding, along with the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Strong communication, organization, and project management abilities are essential, as is confidence using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. A self-driven, results-oriented approach and familiarity with the education, technology, or EdTech space are important, along with a genuine interest in youth development.
