Job Summary

Exactus Energy is seeking a Project Assistant to provide crucial administrative and project support to our Residential Structural Team. This role is instrumental in ensuring the efficient delivery of project deliverables and serves as a key liaison between the structural team and clients, managing daily operations.

This is a 1-year contract position, with potential for extension based on project demands. The standard working hours are 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities

• Manage the uploading of structural deliverables to all clients.
• Process incoming project requests from various platforms.
• Maintain up-to-date internal and external platforms following document uploads to clients.
• Notify internal teams upon receipt of client updates, requests, or documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely submission of documents and responses.
• Provide support for various administrative and data entry tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess at least one year of experience in data entry and/or project administration.
• Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exhibit strong time management skills.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRMs such as Dynamics 365 is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Be comfortable learning and navigating new software platforms.

Additional Information

The starting salary for this position is 23,000 PHP, with potential for salary increases as new skills are acquired.
