The role acts as a bridge between stakeholders to keep service execution aligned, maintain customer satisfaction, support retention, and help protect business continuity.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact for assigned service delivery items and take ownership until implementation is complete.
  • Organize implementation teams so deliverables, timelines, and budget targets are achieved.
  • Monitor milestones and deadlines closely, with special attention to ready-for-service dates that define customer delivery commitments.
  • Follow every element of the work order within scope, budget, and time limits.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to drive work orders through to successful completion, escalating where appropriate.
  • Carry out agreed testing and acceptance steps and secure completion sign-off from internal and/or external customers.
  • Store all work-order documentation safely in both online and offline formats as required.
  • Oversee the output of system integrator partners and third-party contractors.
  • Coordinate customer internal teams and external contractors on work-order requirements, including supporting sales, raising orders, and following through to meet deadlines.
  • Share project status updates with key stakeholders throughout implementation within the required reporting timelines.
  • Prepare job order requirements so delivery can be completed on time and in line with SLAs.
  • Maintain and submit order logs to customers and the account team, and report on order management activity.
  • Send required information to the customer presales support team.

Experience and qualifications

Travel to customer sites across the island may be required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected, and the ability to use or learn tools such as Salesforce, Liberate, Cerillion, and SCCD is important. Strong spoken and written communication skills are also required.
