Role Summary

This position supports the Special Projects Manager in carrying out certification and audit services for FSNS Certification & Audit. It is central to coordinating verification and audit work, especially for major clients such as Amazon and TikTok, while making sure service delivery remains timely, accurate, and compliant.

The role involves coordinating certification and audit workflows across food, dietary supplement, and personal care manufacturing and distribution settings. Regular client interaction and collaboration with teams across Certified Group are part of the day-to-day work. The Special Projects Manager will provide backup support when required.

What You Will Do

  • Act as a main contact for clients requesting certification or verification support.
  • Track incoming verification requests, assemble documents, and keep audits moving to completion on schedule.
  • Handle customer database updates, reporting, and file uploads.
  • Offer administrative assistance and step in with backup coverage when needed.
  • Help management deliver departmental priorities and special initiatives.
  • Communicate with clients in a polished and professional manner across all communication channels.
  • Serve as a technical connector between clients and internal teams.
  • Keep up with industry developments, regulatory changes, and food safety updates.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Animal Science, Microbiology, or a closely related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant coordinator role.
  • Helpful background in food safety regulations and certification programs.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Equivalent education and experience combinations may also be considered.

  • Basic understanding of statistical and mathematical concepts.
