Role overview
For the Munich office, Colliers is looking for a full-time Project Coordinator (w/m/d) for the Office Letting team, available to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support in operational activities, including correspondence in both German and English.
- Act as a liaison with clients, external service providers and other internal departments.
- Create pitch documents and PowerPoint presentations.
- Prepare and send presentations, proposals and reports.
- Process and structure data in Excel.
- Maintain property and client databases.
- Prepare for and support client meetings.
- Organize and coordinate property viewing appointments.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, preferably in real estate or the banking sector.
- Several years of professional experience, ideally within real estate.
- Quick comprehension, strong teamwork skills, willingness to make decisions and confident communication abilities.
- Organized, independent and dependable working style.
- High level of discretion and loyalty.
- Confident use of MS Office.
- Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written.
- Knowledge of Photoshop is an advantage.
