Key Responsibilities

• Direct the planning, execution, and oversight of new initiatives and working groups, ensuring they align with organizational strategy.

• Design and implement engagement plans, including conversion strategies and growth of community involvement.
• Organize the formation and operational functions of councils to facilitate effective collaboration among stakeholders.
• Create and implement efficient, structured processes and methodologies to enhance project consistency and effectiveness.
• Maintain transparent communication channels with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure coordinated project delivery.
• Effectively manage daily workload prioritization to meet deadlines consistently.
• Develop and upkeep comprehensive project documentation utilizing digital tools like Google Drive and iCloud.
• Prepare regular project status reports, monitor key performance indicators, and share insights with relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of project management experience, with strong knowledge of planning and execution frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in creating new initiatives, programs, or communities from the ground up.
• Experience coordinating and executing online events.
• Strong process-oriented mindset with aptitude for improving workflows and establishing structure.
• Excellent professional-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to engage with clients and stakeholders in a courteous, professional, and confidential manner.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently following initial onboarding.
