Project Manager AI Trainer

About the Role

Join a dynamic team dedicated to advancing the future of Artificial Intelligence. As an AI Trainer, you will actively contribute by analyzing data and providing critical feedback to enhance Large Language Model (LLM) performance. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of next-generation AI technologies. This is a project-based consultant role within our AI Labor Marketplace, not a full-time employment opportunity. You will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Project Summary

This project focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of AI systems in providing career guidance across various professional fields. We are looking for experienced Project Managers to assess AI-generated career advice related to project delivery, stakeholder management, program management, certification paths, leadership development, Agile and traditional methodologies, and career advancement within project-centric organizations. Contributors will critically examine whether AI recommendations accurately represent real-world project management careers and professional expectations.

Consultant Engagement Terms

This is a project-based consultant position. Compensation is provided on a per-project basis, with hourly rates serving as estimates for anticipated completion times. Consultants have the flexibility to manage their own schedules, provide their own necessary tools, and may engage with other vendors or employers concurrently, provided those arrangements do not conflict with their terms.

Responsibilities

• Develop benchmark answers for inquiries concerning project management careers.
• Create profession-specific scoring rubrics to evaluate AI-generated career guidance.
• Assess AI recommendations pertaining to project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and leadership development.
• Review guidance related to PMP certification, Agile frameworks, and program management career trajectories.
• Evaluate advice on career advancement from entry-level roles to project and program leadership positions.
• Identify any career recommendations that are unrealistic, inaccurate, or incomplete.
• Provide detailed written justifications for evaluation decisions and scoring outcomes.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in project management.
• Demonstrated experience in leading projects, managing stakeholders, and overseeing project lifecycles.
• Possession of PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or a comparable certification is advantageous.
• A solid understanding of project management career progression and organizational structures.
• Excellent written communication and analytical capabilities.
• The ability to provide objective and consistent evaluations of professional guidance.
• Must be based in the U.S.

Additional Information

This engagement is part-time and project-based, operating under a 1099 independent contractor model. The work is entirely remote.
