About the Role
Marbilia Estudio Interiorismo is seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager to join our team. This full-time, remote position is based in New Zealand and is suitable for individuals at the Junior or Associate level with 0-3+ years of experience. The role involves planning, executing, and tracking projects across various teams, ensuring timely and within-scope delivery in a collaborative, remote-first setting. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project tasks and key milestones.
- Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams to ensure the timely completion of project deliverables.
- Communicate project status, potential risks, and important updates to all relevant stakeholders.
- Support the allocation of resources, maintain project documentation, and contribute to project reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance overall project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Actively participate in meetings and contribute to the strategic planning and execution of projects.
Requirements
- Possess 0-3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a closely related field. Internships are considered valuable experience.
- Demonstrate familiarity with common project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Possess a problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Be comfortable working independently within a remote-first work environment.
- Maintain fluency in English.
- Must be based in New Zealand and hold legal authorization to work full-time.
