About the Role

The Joined-Up Care Provider Collaborative is a strategic partnership uniting NHS organizations in Derby and Derbyshire. Its core mission is to foster collaboration among providers to achieve objectives unattainable individually, thereby supporting the overarching strategic goals of the Integrated Care System. This role is pivotal in driving the development and execution of major strategic projects and improvements aimed at enhancing service quality and sustainability through collaborative efforts, boosting efficiency, and implementing lasting changes across organizational lines.

The position will offer specialized project management and strategic improvement expertise, facilitating the coordination, scoping, implementation, and reporting of the collaborative's work program. Additionally, it will assist collaborative project teams in establishing, managing, and monitoring projects in accordance with robust project management and portfolio governance frameworks.
